Preparation to project activities, development of project implementation plan

Analysis of communication needs and the range of language communication necessary to develop the most effective teaching method in each partners institution

Analysis of teaching methods currently implemented within intensive language courses or introductory modules provided for foreigners


- detailed review of language teaching methodologies followed in each partners institution (report)

Establishing standard teaching methods for intensive language course with special regard for target groups needs


- standardised teaching methodology developed by all partners

Testing the methods on the example of an intensive course or introductory modules with participation of its beneficiaries in each partner organization


- evaluation of the methodology by project target groups
- diagnosis of suitability of the methodology for curriculum preparation

Preparing and developing the curriculum

- the standardised curriculum on teaching foreign language as less popular European language in: printed Polish, Slovak, Lithuanian, Dutch and Greek version + translation into English and electronic version (CD ROM)

Completion and evaluation of the project tasks


- interim and final evaluation report
